Rumours state that the world is coming to an end in Year 2012...instead of worrying what will happen, why not party and live each day like never before??Haha..so far, the Year 2012 has been really great for me...

On the last day of 2011, meet up with group of close friends to have dinner and count down together at Clarke Quay...how great..right??3,2,1~Happy new year!!!..haha..great band at the stage, great music, great crowd..what else can i ask for? seriously love the music and atmosphere...

First week of Jan has been great..meeting great people..love the company..hehe...6jan, is the annual D&D for my bank..this year theme is "Lights, Camera, Action". our dept had been assign with Hollywood theme...thus, the dept decide to wear glamourous to suit th theme..the guys will be in black suit, white shirt, black tie..while the ladies will be in chili red long gown...

Its the last week for the year...Had alot of fun over the holiday..a good time to relax and rest before my classes starting next week...phew~~

Firstly, meet up with sec sch mates for gift exchange at Nex..after the korean dinner buffet, we headed to Tea dot for gift exchange..haha...This year, i bought chocolate for my gift exchange and was given to diwei..who don eat chocolate..gosh~~

Received a shot glass cum tower game from Karen..a pretty good gift as we can play those games during our gathering again...hehe....

On 23 Dec, we had a gift exchange at our dept...we were told to fill up the wishlist and pass to the organiser.. afterwhich, we will draw lots and just given the wishlist without knowing who are we buying for..pretty interesting games..haha...in the afternoon, we were invited to Corp Banking dept for team buffet lunch with games and lucky draw...

After the lunch, we head back to our own dept and had our gift exchange within our dept..i always thought my gift was given to my manager...but i was wrong!! omg..lols..is really fun guessing..haahaa

On christmas eve, meet up with cols cum friends to Orchard for movie first then head to Serangoon Garden for drinks..i was pretty shocked by the crowd...haixz..
On Christmas Day, i was invited to Pan Pacific hotel for wedding Dinner of my col from another dept..after the dinner, the rest of us head to Paulaner for drinks again!!! 3rd times in a row...love the live band and atmosphere..

Now, is time to have a good rest and prepare myself for work tmr..looking forward for Friday dept lunch and evening drinking session..lolx

Finally, is the end of exam and year end..woohoo~~

In a blink of eyes, we will move on to 2012..time really flies...is a good time to sit down and reflect what i have done for the past 11 months...um..

Did pretty much travelling this year..In Feb, i went to Bangkok and Batam, in June, went to Korea and Bali in Oct...seriously love travelling as is time to reward myself after working and studying so hard..haha

I also know more friends now and some of them really bring alot of joy to me...haha..what i can said is that im different from what i am now last year...i think that im becoming more daring and willing to try new things...guess that is the part and parcel of turning into mid 20s...haha..but at least im happier now..really happy..haha

Well, for 2012, i hope i can make the travelling possible in Feb..and move on the level 3 of ACCA...final year of studies..perhaps go diving again too...and lastly, work in an environment where i can really feel a sense of job satisfaction..

There so much more for me to achive in 2012...

Went to Bali, Indonesia on 2-4 Oct with jm,karen and hui..was a nice getaway but what was disappointing is that it was too short..

Day 1
Arrived at Denpansar Airport at about 1.30pm..check in to our hotel in Kuta and head for lunch in Discovery Mall.

After lunch, went to Kuta Beach...one of the nicest beach i ever seen..is really a great view and a good place for surfing because of the waves...seriously, is damn nice..afterwhich, we went to some factory outlet like Rip curl, quicksilver and some tradtional shops...is cheap but quality is quite bad coz my rip curl bermudas button dropped off already..kao~~
for dinner, we head to Jimbaran there for seafood...sun set view and eat on the beach is really romantic...relaxing and listening to the band..is really a way to relax our hectic life..after dinner, went to Hardrock Cafe Bali and chilled over there..had margarita again..hehe...nice~~

Day 2- woke up for breakfast before heading to Monkey forest..2 hrs road trip is really terrible as the road was jammed and busy.. Is rather boring actually..only thing there is alot of monkeys..some temples..that all...then, another hr of road trip and had our lunch at a restuarant facing the volcano..the temp there is like genting..cooling and nice...phew~~ but lunch was so-so because there are too much flies and the drainage is omg!!

After lunch, our driver drive us to Ulu watu temple and told us that the sun set view is nice..but beware that the monkey there are more aggressive and will snatch ur things..like camera, glasses, food..bla bla..beside those irritating monkey, the view was splendid.. picture tell a thousand words..

Went for dinner and massage after that is really perfect as it really relax my body and i had a good sleep after that... head back to hotel..

Day 3 - head for breakfast before doing last min shopping at the street market..head to airport and fly back to Singapore..

Overall, the trip was a good one as Bali is really a beautiful place...friendly ppl, cheap food and stuffs..i am definitely be back again and try the watersports over there...

Last week was pretty busy week..preparing budget for my dept, booking BBQ for the next sat dept gathering bla bla bla...it so much to do at work..but it is the happiest week ever in the year!!! Yes!! Happiest week and don ask me y..becoz i will not tell you..haha :P

Friday after work, went out with cols to Beer Market at Clarke Quay...chilling and listening to the live band music really kills all the stress i have accumulated...the beer price is like stock market..will go up and down every half and hour...depends on the demand..pretty interesting..n will definitely drop by again and cheers~~

On Sat, went to Asian Civilisation Museum to watch the Terra-cotta Warrior exhibits..yes..it is in Singapore..is free entry for student..yeah!! Anyway, there are only afew warrior sculptures in the exhibits..nothing much..

i so looking forward for next week..haha...holiday~~

A trip to Port Dickson

On Friday, went to Port Dickson, Malaysia with musketeers.. it our first overseas trip together..haha..head to Kallang Bahru express bus terminal around 8.30am and make our way there.. Reach Port dickson at about 2.3opm..After checking in, we went to the Pet farm..well, only rabbits and 2 tortoise -_-" don look like pet farm to me..lolx..

After which, went to the one & only restaurant in the resort to have our lunch..waited like 20mins before the food was served...after our late lunch, we head to the beach..nice beach with fine sand..the only beautiful scene in Port Dickson..wanted to try the ski but was abt RM180 for an hour..super exp...thus, we were only there to see ppl play banana boat, water ski and swimming...

The view in the beach is really nice..but will be great if it comes with affordable watersport..definitely will play the water ski..hehe... in the evening, went to the beach restaurant outside the resort to have our dinner.. (10mins walk)..After the dinner, went back to the resort bar and chill over there..with live band performance as well..pretty good :)

On sat, wake up and headed for breakfast..after the breakfast, went back to the room to catch somemore sleep before having massage at 12pm...the massage cost RM90 for full body and causes bruises at my back..don ever try their massage...hm..afterwhich, we were told to wait at the entrance at 3pm but the coach came at 4.15pm...reach Singapore at about 9.30pm and went Geylang to have supper before heading home...well, the trip like they said, is a eat and sleep trip..but i think is good that we slower our pace and enjoy life..no doubt, is pretty boring, but i feel that im more recharge now and ready for work on Monday :)

Next week is a short week..monday and thurs i will be on half day leave..tue is National Day, fri on course..thus, i will only be in office on Mon, thurs morning, Wed whole day...yeah~~...finally can get rid of work for a while..zzz....this coming week will be crucial for me..i hope i will make a wise choice..

In a blink of eyes, we are already to 2/3 of 2011..more or less, i have made plans for the remaining months of 2011...after next week when i made my decision, i should plan what i gotta do in 2012..travelling, studying, working bla bla...hm..only planning trips ahead motivates me as i seriously cant find joy in work...i guess is time to go...

Time flies and im entering my 3rd sems...had been studying for a year now and im really feeling very tired...Hopefully it will be my last sem for Fundamental paper..i think i haven had a proper rest for the past one year..my annual leave was used for travelling and studying for exam..should apply one day leave to stay at home and rest...haha...

Well, this week, i had spent $400 already..like one of my col, i think i have addicted to retail therapy to "de-stress"... i had so much work to clear when im back...is really devastating to see that nobody clear my work when im on leave...damn~~ Bought a black pants on Tue, then ytd, went to Ikea and bought a book shelf and computer desk for about $200..then today, bought a black leather shoe for work and a bermudas...after spending so much in Korea, i still continue to spend money here...haha...thought of buying a lap top too...gotta save up and hopefully, i will have a new lap top next month..hehe...

Day 1- Arrival at Incheon international airport around 9pm..Basically juz find our way to the motel at Chungmuro, had supper and sleep.

Day 2- In the morning, after breakfast, went to Nansamgol Hanok Village to visit. Afterwhich, head to Hongik University there for free/flee market..too bad, it was not open due to rain...bought lots of skin care products over there....went to sauna since it is a cold weather..wahaha..their sauna is totally naked inside..so, get prepared~haha.. After the sauna, went to Nam Dae mun market to shop..most of the stalls were closed due to rain as well..haiz...

Day 3 - Went to Seoul Tower in the morning..it was heavy rain and we did not manage to go up...we were totally drenched when we were at Seoul tower..haha...After check out of our motel, head to our second hotel..Cats Hotel at Jongo 3 ga..we wasted 2 hrs and finally found out hotel...phew~

Afterwhich, shop at Insadong for a while before heading to Gyeongbokgung Palace..Nice place..went to Myeong-dong to shop and had dinner over there..

Day 4 - Our morning day tour were to go to Nami Island and followed by Petite France..the picture will tell you how beautiful the place is...Nami Island is the place where Winter Sonata was shoot at...the trees, the breeze, the surrounding..hm~~~ perfect :D After the day tour, we head to Insadong again to shop..wahaha...

Day 5 - Everland!! Head to Everland theme park and spent the rest of the day there..it was the first sunny day since we came to Korea and we were so grateful that it did not rain at all..it is a outdoor theme park and most of the rides are open...it was very fun especially the bumper car...haha..get to hit some of those hot gals car :P the highlight of the day was the nite parade and fireworks..so impressive!!

Day 6 - Supposed to go to morning tour to Mt Seorak but due to bad weather (Raining), it was postpone to Day 7. So, we head to Lotte World theme park and it is the best place to go to since there are indoor and outdoor theme park. As it was raining heavily, we were basically playing all the rides and visit all the indoor attractions...At about 3plus, the rain stops and we managed to snap some pictures at the outdoor theme park and play some of the rides before it starts to rain again...wet wet~~ zzz.. we left Lotte world about 6pm and shop at Lotte Mart before heading to Insadong to have our dinner..

Day 7 - Went to Mt Seorak as planned..it was still raining in the morning and the tour guide say maybe we cant climb the mountain...after 3 hrs car ride, we arrived at Mt Seorak with Sunny weather..yeah!! Managed to see the waterfall and climb the mountain...we are so glad that it never rain until the end of the tour..hahaha..it was tiring to climb the steep slopes and steps but it was worth it..the scenery is so awesome where we were not able to see it in Singapore...

Day 8 - Well, it was like a resting day after spending one week in Seoul..we went to Coex Mall at about 1pm and visited Coex Aquarium..is like underwater world with cheaper tickets..haha..After tat, we went to Seven luck Casino to try our luck...well...lost 20000 Won (sgd$23) at the jackpot..upset sia..lolx..PK lost 90000 Won while his sis lost 50000 Won...haha..since all of us lost money, we head to Myeong-dong and have cheap dinner..haha

Day 9 - 10 - Fly to Jeju at about 11am.. reached Jeju about 12pm..the weather was good..sun shine for both days..since it was quite impossible to explore the island ourselves, we signed up for 3 days 2 nite package for USD450...the guide took us to see mountain, volcano, visit the han's Village, All-in Shooting scene, teddy bear museum (not included in the package) and watch Nanta (not included in the package).. Jeju Islanf is really a beautiful place..it was so natural and the air was so fresh..

However, the hotel that we stayed was really a nightmare..the air con was not working well..it was so hot in the room..the toilet bowl flushing was .... and the room looks so dirty and old..we complained and they auto upgrade our room to suite..however, the air con problem was still not fixed..we requested for FAN to resolve the issue..we really having a hard time over there..i rather spent my time outside the hotel as the temp outside is COOLER than the room...is a disaster...haiz.. Beside the hotel, i have no complains in Jeju Island..a perfect place for honeymoon and sight-seeing...

Finally, exam have come to an end...phew...feeling disappointed because i know i never do well for this exam..i juz cross my fingers and pray tat i can make it..so sick of law and audit already..goosh..!!!

After exam, i really feel so relieved and for now, i just want to enjoy myself as much as possible..over the weekend, thanks to Karen, we get a chance to stay at one of the leading hotel in Singapore.. MBS..woo~~ check in on Sat afternoon...the room was pretty small..think is for 2 person..but we got 9 person staying over..so is abit cramped..haha.. afterwhich, went to Sky park to view the scenery...its free for hotel guest..pretty nice view :)

At evening, went over to Millieum Walk to have dinner at Ma Maison and then head back to hotel for games...well the games were quite fun..the most interesting part is the drinking session...started to play at 1am and i was knocked out at 3am..zzz...drink, drank and Drunk!!

Woke up at 6plus on sunday morning...went to rooftop swimming pool wif the guys..super freezing water..haha..but the view was splendid..swimming with nice scenery is a ++ ..haha...checked out at 1pm and home sweet home...hehe

Really have a tried weekend but i am really happy...2 more weeks to my Korea trip...hm..kind of disappointed with some of the plans..hm...hopefully will turn out to b fun...

May, had been a hectic month so far..beginning of the month, there was GE and i was deployed for reservist...damn sian..ORD liao still kenna all these shit..lolx...

6 May, got chalet at Downtown..the first nite was pretty fun..hm...is a long time we had spent time gathering and play at chalet..as usual, the loser will have to drink liquor wif green tea.. and AS USUAL, im the one who got aimed and get drunk..face was so red..even my eyes were red and bloody..gosh..but i enjoyed myself pretty much..too bad, i cant join them on the second nite as i was deployed on the polling day..from 12pm to 2am..is damn damn long 14 hrs...phew~` GE is over..haha

13May went to Genting..had been 3 years not been there le..the weather is not as cooling as b4..first day, after settling down, went for movie b4 having dinner at Kenny Roger..afterwhich, went back to my room and rest..haha..i told my fren that we will go to Casino after 1 hr rest and i slept all the way till morning..haha

Second day, went for cable car ride...is only RM20 for two ways..pretty nice view..hehe..after that, went to casino and play for a while b4 watching Priest 3D..wahaha...

At around 6pm, went to play bowling becoz the bowling alley will glow in the dark after 6pm..had 2 games b4 having buffet dinner at Coffee terrace..

after dinner, is gambling time again..we had been in the casino from 11pm to 2.30am...i won RM70 by playing jackpot...haha.. i went back to the room first at 2.3oam my fren won RM200+ and he want to continue to play..he played till 3.30am and he came back with RM50...

Moral of the story - nv get too greedy to win more.. haha..is pretty hard to win $ in casino..so, final day, slept till check out and took coach back and reach SG at 9.30pm...will definitely go again to unwind myself..hehe

had really a fun and enjoyable month now...is now time to study hard for my exam...3 more weeks to go... *stress*..

well, good news is out..im happy with it..hehe...for the past one week, have been seeing Karen..lost my appetite..haiz..lolx...

On fri, went out wif 5BSU to celebrate broom aka karen birthday..went to orchard to have movie before heading to Tung Le at Orchard central to have dinner buffet...$48 per person..quite alot of variety of food to choose from..not too bad la..haha

After the show, we walked to raffles place MRT station desipte Marina Bay station was juz beside it..omg...legs nearly broken into parts..haha.. shall explore MBS again..

Nothing much happening in April...except that 3 sat are burned to attend law lecture..hm..

on 4 April, went to Asia Kitchen at Swissotel hotel to have buffet lunch..it was a treat by those promotees (those who gets promoted in my dept)..pretty nice buffet over there..esp is FREE!! lolx..

last week, went to Singapore Flyer there to have dinner since my fren said that there is a food trail over there..well.pretty amazed on how they bring in Hawker food to Singapore flyer..there are our usual local delicacies like chao kway tiao, egg oyster, satay, stingray, chicken rice..etc..they bring in all the famous stalls over there so that we can try all the best food in town..haha..as usual, ordered stingray (yummy!!), po piah,chao kway tiao,chicken wings,fried banana and satay..hehe...spent almost $40 for 2 person..is damn exp...

Is going to be April soon..time flies..super fast..haha..Went JB yesterday with mei n karen ..hehe..i went JB twice in Mar..keke...went to City Square to watch movie followed by seafood dinner..yummy!!! JB is the best place to have seafood..is cheap!!! keke..head back to SG after dinner as i guessed all of us are like kinda drained waking so early on sat morning..haahaa... Sunday 27mar, i wake up even earlier..5.30am!! n head to Raffles place for UOB run...yawn~~is a charity event and my boss had indirectly encourage us to sign up..well..reached Plaza 1 at 7am and is damn so happenin over there..cheerleaders and performance..reminds me of sport's day..haha...so i sign up for the 3km walk instead of 7km run...hehe..so we walked from plaza 1 to Marina bay Sands and make a detour back..total is 3,2km walk...is a meaningful event as it is a fund raising event for disabled children...hehe..so no regrets~~

In the evening, went to Baiyoke Sky hotel as it is one of the tallest building in BBK. Went to the bar and had drinks. had a bad experience there due to miscommunication and some personal misunderstanding..almost ruined my birthday mood...

Is time to go back. but before that, we have to make sure we had spent all our Thai baht..haha..both of us still into shopping..went to Siam paragon again to do last min shopping before we left..

Is really fun shopping, eating and bargainin with the Thais..overall, they are quite friendly except the cabby..some are dotz..perhaps the hectic traffic jam or pathetic fare cause them to be like that..overall, i did enjoy myself but will be better if we had done more research b4 we head there..will definitely go again..hehe

19 Feb to 20 Feb - Batam
Went to Batam with 5BSU again for a mini one day trip..reach Batam via ferry at 8am..had a one day tour where we went to several places like temple, factory outlet, ralph polo shop (i dunno is real or fake)..had seafood lunch b4 we head again to one shopping mall..nothing to buy over there except grocery seriously..haha...all item are imitations...hmm..

Well.. i finished my exam on the 9Dec and really is a havoc day for me after that coz i only have 3 weeks break b4 next sem start again...hehe

this is the first Christmas i get to celebrate without working..past few years has been workin on x'mas day..haha...

Since last week, i had been meeting up wif frens to celebrate x'mas..First up, Muskteers on the 18Dec..went to Timbre to have our dinner and as usual, had lots of fun tog..although we did not exchange any gift due to hectic work schedule, it is still fun hangin out tog n chill... Next, meet up MLXC on the Sunday 19 Dec..went to topone Bugis to sing K first b4 heading for steamboat session at Beach road..i bought a massager for poh poh while receive Body shop shower gel from Wendy...is really cool that we still stick with one another...an enjoyable day with them..haha

During the x'mas week, my dept have deco competition with coporate banking..i did not involve really much in the deco due to heavy workload roll over when i'm on two weeks leave..the x'mas tree was placed beside my seats and the deco was quite well done..we had x'mas exchange within our dept and need to place under the tree until 23 Dec when we will exchange our gift..haha..my kind boss took the dept to Carousel at Royal Plaza on scotts to have buffet lunch...the food was really nice esp the dessert..haha..had a wonderful lunch b4 we unwrappin our gift..i got a tie from my BOSS...cool..

On 24 Dec, received chocolates and gift from cols..really touched..the deco competition was out and too we were in the second place!!! $200 TCC voucher...and had team lunch at our meeting room..is really a nice place to work...Afterwhich, i am released at 3pm and meet up wif 5BSU to celebrate our x'mas..

Went to Orchard to shop awhile first b4 heading to Upp Serangoon Grapevine to have our dinner n gift exchange there...is a quiet place to have fun n chill..this yr, i bought Game of Life for xchange and was given to Karen..received a photo frame from Evelyn..shall upload the picture...haha..after the dinner, head to hui hui house to have our countdown over there..bought 2 white wine and as usual, my face was red after the countdown..haha....

Is really a busy x'mas and expensive x'mas but is really worth it!!! i had such a wonderful x'mas to spend wif diff grps of frens and no one was really left out...Merry X'mas~~~

Day 1- Check in at 2.30pm

After Check-in, we head to Snoopy World first b4 heading to Victoria Habour to view the sympthony of light and ave of stars. Afterwhich, headed to Charlie Brown cafe for dinner.

Day 2-Ngong Ping360/The Peak

Well, wake up early in the morning and headed to Ngong Ping 360 and entered the crystal Cabin..it was super damn high above the ground and really shiok as the base was transparent.then, after the cable ride, went to Da Li Shan/Buddha there..the scenery was amazing..then, we went to City gate and have 3hrs of shopping..for evening, we went to The Peak and wax museum to enjoy the breeze..cool~~~

Day 3 - Ocean Park

Went to Ocean Park in the third day..well, again, look at the Panda, aquarium,play rides and spent almost a full day over there..for evening part, Sharon cousin brought us to Tsui Sai Shui and Jordan to have our dinner and supper..we had roasted goose,chicken,meat for dinner..rightaway the dinner,went to Australia Milk Company to have toast bread,egg,macoroni..after tat, went temple st walk for 30mins then went to dessert stalls to contiune eating..damn damn full~~~ *burg*

Day 4 - Macau

I love Macau..it was so beautiful..nice hotel, sculpture, everything...had 1hr ferry ride from Hong Kong and reached Macau at 9.30am..St-Paul church was amazing nice...after our lunch, we headed to Venetian where most ppl will say is so big and nice which i will agree..Thumbs up!!! i won $ in casino over there...wahahaha..had the Gordola ride for HK$108..damn exp but i guess i have to say is worth it..haha...had the popular food like pork chop bun,snacks..so no regrets~~ headed back in HK at 7pm and continue last min shopping spree before we heading back to SG...

Took 11am flight back to SG..no doubts, is a short trip or repeated trip for me, it is really tiring..i guess tis time round i went more sight attractions like wax museum,Cable car ride,Macau which previously i missed those..is time to work hard and study hard.. ~~

Well..this week really awesome for me since i only need to work 3 days for the week..but Wednesday is a damn diasppointing day..sianz...ytd went to Vivo to celebrate Mel n his gf birthday...had dinner at The King Louis at level 3..ordered a seafood combo for three and the portion is really quite small..

After the dinner, some of them head to the arcade while hui sian n i sit at the sky park and wait for the fireworks by USS..it is nicer to watch from vivo view..wahaha..afterwhich, went back to CP and chilled at Starbucks while discussing our HK trip next sat..is finally coming~~~ had to tahan the hectic next week first b4 goin for relaxation...HK!!!! hERE I COME~~

Finally, Finally and finally met up with the ex-CS cols for outing ytd..went to K-box with mum(hui xian),poh poh and assistance maid(alvin) first and then meet the rest at CP b4 heading to Punggol End for Sakura Buffet...

The turnout was juz great..with dad(zhiwei),Mel,mel gf,sharon and Dw joinin us for dinner...i am really happy that this is the first time in this year most of them turned up...haahaa..took the shuttle bus from Cp to Punngol end and thankfully, we had made reservation coz is fully booked...the price was reasonable ($27.80 weekend w free flow drinks)...is a combi of sabu sabu and charcoal grill...as usual, with dw,mum, poh poh n alvin at my table, we were lyk laughin non-stop towards the end of our meal...is realli damn damn funny..lolx...

after dinner, we head for arcade while waiting for last shuttle bus at 10.45pm..tat's not the end of our gathering...beside Dad head to work and mel n his gf left for home, the rest of us gather at SK CC with starbuck coffee...chit chattin until 1 plus and is an enjoying day with them..hope we can meet up more often..

~Eve birthday~

Went out wif 5BSU to celebrate Eve birthday..Finally went to Sentosa and Resort world after so long...Reach Sentosa about 1.30pm and we started to decide wat to do there..wahahaha...actually wanted to play the luge cum sky ride but ended up spendin $18 on Cineblast..it was lyk a sitmulated ride with 3D glasses on...ok la..quite fun and we bought the photo taken at the booth for eve..haha..very nice picture i thot..lolx...after the ride, explore around and then headed for dinner at Sakae tepan..

After dinner, we went to Resort World and quene up at USS for "Hollywood after houtrs" ticket which allows us to visit the theme park from 7 to 10pm for $5..at first, i thot we can visited all the theme park juz w/o playin the ride..but it closes all the theme park and we have limited access to the park..we spent 30mins to take pictures and everthing and it was juz 7.30pm where the fireworks start at 9.30pm..hence, we went to buy food and chop a great view at 8.15pm..wahahaha...

but the wait was worth it...the fireworks were so so near to us and i'm really impressed by it...it's breathe taking at some point becoz it was too bright and too impact for me..lolx..but the fireworks look lovely...OMG....i think i am going to USS again...

well...have been workin for 2 mths already...haiz...not really wat i wanted to do but no choice...tis kind is the best i think to further my studies..so, have to endure with it..i really need a break..a long break b4 i move on..is really tiring for me to juggle work and studies at the same time..i am really worried i cant made it for these two papers...

i really hope thailand or taiwan trip in Nov can be confirm so that at least i got smth to look forward to in life..to unwind mmyself..i am really sick of my life now...i got nobody to share my burden n listen to my complains...haiz...mayb retail therapy can cure me..

Yes.. i went prawnin today even though i don eat prawn...wahaha...since today is National Day n i got nothin better to do, i met up wif hui hui n karen to Punggol end there for prawning for 3 hrs..it was my first time try it out and was not as boring as i thought...haha...

met up wif them at 6.30am and headed to tanah merah terminal to catch our ferry ride at 8.10am. The rain was damn heavy and all of us were lyk drenched when we reach the terminal..haha...catch the ferry and reach Bintan at 9am

After settlin down, we went to explore the resort first..after our lunch, went to sing K for awhile b4 heading for banana boat ride...the banana boat ride was fun because we nv capsize.haha..quite thrillin..afterwhich, we had kayating b4 havin our massage at our room..it was a full body massage and is not very relaxin for us..instead, we felt that it was very painful n not comfortable leh..lolx..

wake up at 8am and went for breakfast..the breakfast is another disappointment..but nvm..after that, went to play the scooter ride...damn fun n exciting because it works lyk motorbike but only diff is it is battery operated..first ride of my life..wahahaha...after the ride, went fishin for awhile..abt 30 mins n become sian coz no fish at all..lolx...eve fren drove us out to the town and have our lunch there..

then,abt 3pm, we went to the restaurant and ordered buttered lobsters and chilli/black pepper crabs..yummy~~ finally have some good stuffs to pamper myself there..haha...overall, the resort was juz one yr old and alot of their facilities were still in progress..no hot water for bathin n limitation of activities we can do..but i lyk the personalise service (because only 2 grps of pp stayin there include us) because we were treated lyk VIP...wahahaha...well, may go back again after they have developed ba...

well, 1 Jul, other than sm birthday, i started my first lesson after two years of NS...rushin for tax class every thurs after work is no joke...i was walkin against the flow of pp (they goin to MRT from raffles quay) is not an easy task...haha..have to admit that is realli tiring after a day of work n yet, i cant let my mind shut off, instead, absorb as many things as possible in the class...i realli thinkin how i gotta b surviving for the 3 years doin the same thing...OMG~~~ muz always buy bread durin lunch break so tat i can eat at class later...i think i gotta b thinner n thinner...from bamboo become toothpick ba??lolx...

no doubt, the feelin of havin income while studyin is great...but i need to sacrifice few hrs of my sleep or rest to go for study is realli a challengin task for me..hm...gotta to jia you ba...haiz~~

Officially workin...i got all the access for my work purposes..gettin the access mean is work time...no more honeymoon for me liao..wahaha...had been stayin back till 7.30pm (OT) because my manager got "emphasize" to stay abit longer to clear the backlog...there was so so much to clear...i am now clearin early june thingish n now is goin to end june...omg...

Finally, i found lunch mates liao..wahahaha...started to mix wif them..so far so good...hopefully my pay faster come coz i kinda dry..lolx..i also made an important decision over the weekend..dunno is a good choice or an act of impulsive...hopefully is a good choice n i will benefit from tat...life will b more n more packed...

After ORD last week, i started my work on Monday...2 days of Orientation at the bank is so unforgettable..haha..first day was borin as we sat inside the room n lecture the whole day...hm...
the second day of orientation was more fun as we were divided into 5 grps n we need to go one branch from east,west n central respectively to become "mystery shopper"..is a competition between the 5 grp..n will get bonus pts if we head to Toa payoh branch or tampines branch..is kind of lyk amazing race n see how the team organised n planned durin the competition...after each branch we visited, we muz take a grp photo..

is kind of a good way to do ice-breakin as we really noe each other quite well while we talk in the train or along the way to the location..haha...i think i got into a great team (we were divided according to our D.O.B n all of us were born in Jan or Feb) n really work well tog...we emerged as the overall winner and all of us were quite surprise becoz we r the only team which did not go to tamp branch for the extra pts n yet we won...hahaha....to sum up, i realli had fun over there although it was quite tirin to walk around...cant believe that orientation can b so fun too..wahahaha...

i hope next week i can cope well wif my work ba...still adaptin the environment n lookin for lunch partner...haiz...

ORD OH!!!!! X100 ..LOLX...10 June 2010 is the day i look forward to ever since i enlisted for NS...2 yrs of NS finally over n i am now a free man with no more obligation n liability to the country...wahhahaha.....went back to station yesterday for de-kit (Get my pink IC back) and no more in blue uniform...wahahaha

Finally, is all over...i will b startin my work next monday..2 days of orientation n will b startin work officially on Wed ba..hm...muz take tis 3 days to have a good rest as well as heal my sun-burnt skin...lolx...

Tioman trip 4 to 6June

Weather: Sunny day

Purpose: Learn Diving

Day 1 (4 June)
Gathered at Sunny Cove n set off to Puala Tioman,Malaysia..Reached Johor at abt 10.30pm and continue the bus trip to Mersing Port at 1am(5 Jun)

Day 2 (5 June)
Take 2 hrs of speed ferry from Mersing Port to Tioman. Reached Tioman at abt 3.30am...Checked in n go to sleep. Woke up at abt 7am n goes for breakfast as our first dive at 8.30am...yawn~~~lolx..

First dive was 5m deep..as to let us familiarise the condition in the deep sea n used of our equipments...after my first dive, we went to have our lunch n ready for our second dive at 1.30pm..

The second dive aim was to test on how we applied what we have learnt during our pool session (mask clearing,remove regulator,stability)in the deep sea..it was 7.8m deep tis time...i have problem clearing my ear pressure...resulting bleeding from my mouth...ouch~~!! After our second dive, i abandoned the third dive as it was optional n i juz wan to let my body rest n prepare for tml...Thus, we used tis time to explore the island around..haha

Day 3 (6 June)

Third dive start at 7.30am...it was 9.4m deep this time..this dive also test on how we handle on emergency during diving...after the test, we managed to swim around and explore underwater...saw lots of sea urchins n coral..damn nice n the visibility was excellent..the feeling of fishes swim across u was great...cool~~~

Final Dive was at the same location n we only rest for 20 mins n dive in again..haha...final dive was 14.3m deep now..the deeper it is, the more things we can see...there were so many sea urchins that i need to watch my back n leg when diving...haha..saw smth lyk treasure chest underwater n more colourful coral reefs...wonderful dive as the it was considering a leisure dive for us since all of us have pass our basic diving..wahaha...followin the dive master n explore around..

After the dive, we went back to our room, packed our stuffs, had our lunch and off we go...left Mersing Port at abt 3.30pm...as usual, 2 hrs ferry ride n 3 hrs of bus ride...reached Singpore at abt 9pm...It was realli a wonderful trip for mi as it a good way for me to overcome deep water...i was quite reluctant that i will make it for the test but i put on alot of courage n confident wif the equipments which allows me to overcome the fear...keke...tks Lex, Audrey n Melissa for the trip n is smth i wouldn forget in the future...woo`~~

1 More month b4 i ORD...wohoo...2 years of NS is comin to an end..no doubt, i love to leave that place...however, thinkin that i have to bid good-bye to my cols lyk those regulars n Juniors is smth that i hate to see...i noe tat when i ORD, we will not contact anymore becoz of our schedule or job scope...Patrollin wif the regulars wif my team is a norm for me everytime i report for work...we can talk anything under the sun n i realli appreciate them..becoz when i need advise or need a listenin ears, there are always there..listen to mi..i rmb that i am very sad becoz of my trip was postpone, they cheer mi up...haha...i think i muz treasure this month workin tog as i need to move on in life...wohoo~~

Last tue, i went for interview..i wasn't confident how i fare durin the interview becoz it has been 2 yrs i went for any interview...i was juz tryin my luck when i sent my resume n lucky enough, they shortlist mi n arrange for an interview...i am very happy becoz i onli sent 2 job application n i managed to get a reply...haha..ok, back to topic..so after i went for interview on tue, i thot that my chance was slim becoz they were lyk lookin for an immediate position (i onli can start in Jun)..so i thot, well, try again ba for other banks...to my amazed, they called mi on wed mornin n ask mi to go down again to pass them my documentation...i went down, n another round of short interview b4 she offered mi the job...i was elated becoz i was happy wif the pay n benefits..i hope it will b a good start for mi in my career n i realli cant wait to go back Raffles Place to work again...lolx..c mi in 14 june ...haha

i dunno who still read my blog..but i am realli upset n disappointed that my ORD trip to Sydney have to put on hold becoz i cant find anyone to travel wif mi..perhaps i don have so much fren to ask along.,perhaps fren don wan to travel wif mi, perhaps they cant afford to go too...i realli save up for the trip as far from last yr Jul...save $200 to $300 per month juz hopin to fulfill my dream...dream to aust...now is will onli happen in my dreamt...haiz...i have nothin to say..mayb i dun have realli good frens around mi who understand how desirable i am hopin to aust.. i don trust anyone anymore...all are fake~~~

Finally, i pass my driving...phew...is realli so unbelieveable that i got a wonderful tester for my TP ytd...amazing...the sweet,sweet taste after 3rd tries(basic,adv theory n TP),11mths of schoolin,3.5k of sch fees...n is juz Class 3 license...but is worth it coz i can drive on the road now...no doubts, i mayb slow compare to others...but tis will makes mi treasure my driving more...i think so..haha...forget abt lesson, forget abt instructor, forget abt circuit n forget abt CDC...phew!!!!! so happi..lolx

Haiz...i think my mood more or less affected by the work...i felt that i am not happy at all ever since i went back to SOT...i felt so lost,so borin n so useless there..firstly, is becoz i need to settle down becoz i had been in hectic life durin my attachment...my schedule is so packed tat i realli enjoyed myself..after my attachment,i am considered quite free as there are no longer 2 days work,2 day off thingy,is all abt a foe call away to ask u n work.Alot of times, i need to get back to my frens on when i am free becoz i dunno when i get off...no doubts i followed team Bravo shift, i was still throw here n there...i'm everywhere which makes mi feel lyk f***..

I'm realli realli veri veri disappointed when my TL broke mi the bad news that i cant retain in Orchard..the reasons were simply stupid n i felt so disappointed with tat kind of reply..haiz...tonight is gotta b my last nite workin there n i will b returnin to my postin on 1 Jul...ytd after the shift, my mdm broke the news to my teammates n she was disappointed n helpless too..i realli appreciate her efforts of retainin mi..however...haiz...

While been back for 2 weeks le..but still at holiday mood..lolx..have been workin non-stop after been back for my trip n is realli gettin more n more tirin as days goes by...however, i felt more n more enjoyable n comfortable at npc..perhaps i realli have mixed well wif them n some of us can even joke while patrollin..i kept thinkin of some funni moments that i cant help but laugh..esp wif the SSS tat i mentioned b4 whom are veri strict to mi in the beginnin..i used to so afraid of him n don even dare to talk to him at first, but now, we play alot in the car n talk non-stop sia..lolx..he realli taught mi alot that now everything i gotta settle myself..

Well, finally catch some rest tis year n head to Malaysia to unwind myself.. went to Genting on 4 May wif karen,dw n jm..woke up super early juz to go to golden mile n start the long journey to Gentin..reach there abt 1.30pm, the weather super coolin..15 degree ba...wohoo..the malaysia trip is all abt eatin & shoppin...wahaha...

Second day, we bought the indoor theme park ticket since nobody dare to play those outdoor rides except dw...lolx...we played all those family rides n no tat "thrill" rides...the best part was we played alot of bumper car..haha..after we had enough fun at theme park, we headed to snow world..

After the Genting trip, we took 2 hrs of coach and arrived at KL..checked into the hotel n went straight to Pavilion to have our lunch as well as continue shoppin..hm...

finally is Friday n we are headin home...i feel think i had much more fun at Genting..perhaps is more of "Resort" style n away from city wif coolin weather...KL, on the other hand is rather borin..so mani shoppin malls..from Pavillion to Times square to KL plaza bla bla bla...is more humid n the road was lyk wth??..keke...i still enjoy the massage session at KL..is damn relaxin but the fish spa i had was erm....itchy??keke..is weird to see fishes swim between my feet n start "bitin" ...lolx...esp the bigger fishes, i can feel it is suckin my skin sia...shall go back to m'sia to have massage or shoppin next time...

Gettin more n more tired as i have been workin for almost 2 months w/o proper rest..hm...wanted to rest at home ytd after work, sleepin n sleepin until 6pm..decided to meet up wif cssc to go singapore flyer since there was a promotion on for "student"..supposely don feel lyk goin but since nv try flyer b4, y not??haha...no choice, i have to "disguise" myself to becum student by flashin my TP ez link card..haha...

met up wif sharon,lex,wanru,wanru bf n dad first to eat at popeye b4 meetin alvin n his gf at flyer..well, student price is at $10..went inside the capsule at about 9.45pm perhaps..after tat, loiter n loiter there until 11plus then head for home..lolx...had been goin out wif them more often than i wif 5bsu...haha...i realli had alot of fun although i look tired ytd...hehe...shall c u guys soon...

lolx...my wish come true..extended to another 2 more months...haha..i realli cant believe my OC agreed to extend..yea~~ i dunno wat happen to mi ytd...i felt completely normal juz a veri hot day n my skins hurt becoz of sunburn while goin swimmin which makes mi dun feel lyk tokin..my cols were lyk worryin n dun dare to come near me...to my amazed, my TL ask mi ok or not?? i was lyk...hm..not feelin veri well but is perfectly normal...lolx...the regulars ask mi to have a good rest bla bla bla coz if i tonite sick,someone have to come back..hm..

hm..mani thots comes into my mind when i told my superior tat i wanted to extend my attachement..they did call up my in charge to ask them whether i can extend or not but their reply is probably can n get back to mi..till now, i haven get back ani calls yet...still unsure whether can or cannot..from my orc superior, my in charge "Verbally" agreed..haiz..so unsure tat whether i made a rite choice or not..coz they seems to b stricter n stricter to us..oopss~~

So far, i have been attached to orchard for 1 month..time flies as i learn alot from them already n mixin wif them..lolx..last mon nite 30 mar is the nite tat i will never 4get how hectic life can be..haiz...nvm.. realli enjoyed veri much there since i'm not givin problen n i learn veri fast..hehe...hope i can extend...

2apr SC yong qing..our SBT (squad best trainee) fix a date for us to meet up at cineleisure..since i workin at orchard, i headed there after my mornin shift..is so weird to see them at them wif hairs...lolx..coz in BMT we were all botak...all of us slack around 11pm n i realli drained off from my work n left..*tired*

ytd is friday n 13..is a black friday..no doubt, is a black friday for mi since i workin mornin shift...i was scolded at work by my FTO (i under probate by him)..scolded mi n i was so stunned becoz i nv kenna scoldin tat serious...i cant afford to make any more mistake as it seems tat he cant tolerate anymore...everything i have to do myself n i don even dare to approach him to ask him..i dunno wat is rite or wrong to ask..damn stress ytd since it was a busy day..case after case..nv even had my lunch n dinner at all..onli had breakfast at 10am...then starve till 11pm..wth~~~

Had appreciation nite at 24 feb after my nite shift at Mandarin Oriental.. tis yr theme was Viva Las Vegas..!! casino~~~ it was a tirin day since i was workin nite shift until 8am in the mornin then sleep until 3plus to dress up for the event...lolx...

At first, i thot it's goin to b borin..ironically, it was damn fun..the host spur up the atmosphere n it was realli an enjoyable nite wif live bands,lucky draw,nice food n performance..all of us let our hair down n enjoy the nite...it was realli a team bondin thingy as my team bravo mates turned up n we sit around one table to chat n have fun...

after this event, i have to say goodbye to my team for 2 mths as i will b goin attachment from mar to apr...NPC, here i come...wahahhaa

well, time files..i turnin 22 on 12 feb..so old sia...decided to celebrate my birthday on last sat since i workin on sun for thaipuisan..went to downtown east there to celebrate wif 5bsu..went to watch bride war b4 eatin our steamboat..the whole prog was quite last min coz it was intially on sun instead..due to unforeseen circumstances, i have to change so last min tat "some" pp cant turn up..onli karen,hui,mei,eve n pk around wif mi...the number is quite saddenin esp some pp actualli can turn up but they choose not to...i shall not say who...nvm.wat comes around goes around...

ok, had steamboat buffet over there...it was the 'highlight" of the day..lolx...coz b4 tat we were juz strollin n findin gift for my ns regular son...lolx...well, the steamboat not too bad...$16 per adult wif free flow of lime juice..the food was alrite n i don mind goin back again..

today realli suay sia..haiz...went chinatown wif karen to buy some goodies home since she is driving...tis is my second time watchin her drivin..first time was last thurs when we went to vivo to buy new year stuffs...hm..

went to fragrance baw kua outlets to buy BBQ pork slice for my family..i decided to pay by card cos i thought got discount..ok, there is no promotion n i juz signed n get my receipt..yes!!! i received my receipt n i left w/o my card...tat idiot cashier forgot to return my ATM card!!!! damn it!! i found out onli when i went back to sk n decided to buy train concession..oh my god...i panic for few mins n i recalled that the cashier forgot to return my card..walau ah~~angry sia, coz i oso never realise she never return the card to mi n i juz left...shit..somemore karen is after mi n i never get it from her...

went to Bukit Gombak hometeam ns club today for the retreat organised by SU n SOT...is kind of team bondin for us..however is so troublesome for mi to go all the way to the west for such events...somemore is my second off..gotta work tml mornin sia...

dun understand y they need so much team bondin thingish for us since we alr did it for our "in service" liao..as usual, play silly games lyk those u will play durin orientation...luckily is the laser quest tat make the retreat more fun...we muz wear the laser suit n start shootin at our opponents...lolx..is indoor lyk maze where the light is quite dim..i don think i will play again coz is $3.50/10 mins...is damn exp..the good thing is tat all the costs are sponsored..ha!

Well, i should b restin at home, gone shoppin or goin to tp open house today..instead, i have to go back to station for in-service..is my off days...haiz..it is not juz mornin session..in the afternoon, my "beloved" dept head wanted us to go for a run or clock trainin hours....

Thus, after lunch, we had to start our trainin..they set up the table tennis table at basketball court n begin playin table tennis..lolx...funni sia..after tat, we decide to challenge the regulars..3 vs 3..3 ns men (age 23,23 ,21) VS Regulars (age 40,32,30)...well, i could say i was no in-form coz we actualli lost to the regulars by 9:1..lolx..damn pai seh sia..we so young yet cant even beat them despite of their size n fitness...got so much fun while playin wif them..is realli a good chance to catch up wif one another n team bondin..ok..my body start to ache liao...haiz..tml still need to work..

gotta b realli realli busy month for mi tis dec...workin n workin..it's realli so tirin...the shift work is realli so long...even when i got off day, i felt tired as well coz realli lack of rest...hm...no matter how long i slept..lolx..

wed managed to ask hakim and shi xiang to watch four chirstmases wif mi coz weekdays all of them is either inside camp, workin or studyin...it's so funni tat i don went out wif them the 5 months durin our bmt..but after passin out, then i start goin out wif them...mayb we had bond tog after so long ba..haiz..today after work, went to sleep for a while b4 headin to boat quay there de mind cafe to celebrate andy birthday wif hui ching(veg),mei xian,hwee hong n rab...supposely i thot i workin but last min don need..lolx...nvm,miss one of my fren bd as i promised andy earlier..hm

finalli begin my shift work...one mornin shift,one overnite shift n 2 days off..is so tirin esp the overnite...from 8pm to 8am...for pp who noe mi, they knew JUN XIANG cant thon in chalet or wat de lor...first to sleep then will snore...lolx...no choice..i was forced to work overnite even though i cant...the first nite shift was terrible...i felt so tired when it was onli 12 midnite...omg...then, we need to eat supper coz 12hrs shift sure muz eat wat...i cant even finish a packet of fried rice.. i think i not used to have supper ba..lolx...PA passed out man r lyk tat ba...veri systematic...10.30pm lights off,5.30am wake up..bla bla...lolx...

luckily, we managed to grab a few hr of sleep to regain all my energy n managed to survive..haha..i rem i was damn giddy on my way home n sleep immediately after bathin..lolx..i love sleepin...tok abt sleep, i think i should go bed now to regain my loss of energy from workin today n prepared for tml overnite shift again!!! OH no!!~~

had been workin since tue after posted out..tue,wed n thurs is juz orientation n briefed us about wat our job scope n do's n don't...well..my postin was not too bad...not guardin the gate one as mentioned eariler...begin to look forward for my deployment..fri i off n i went out wif hakim to watch madagascar coz i cant anyone else to watch wif mi...hm..quite a nice show ba...after tat, meet up wif 5bsu for dinner b4 headin home..

ytd started my shift from 8am to 8pm..i was posted to bravo team..it was a realli tirin shift...coz is patrollin in vehicle for 12hrs...but whether the shift is fun or not depends on ur partner...not too bad, my partner is entertainin n time passed veri fast...i hope i can learn as much things as possible n ready for other deployment...!!!

yahoo!!! i have completed my 2 weeks n 1 days course n tml will b goin to division for my postin...the past 2 weeks seems to b veri long for mi coz everi mornin is mass PT...which means alot of us doin warm up tog... one person move, the whole group will b punished...omg!!!i think i did more than 200 push ups ba...hm...stayin at D coy also veri stress coz the culture there is totalli diff for C coy..they practice all for one, one for all punishment...means one person did mistake, the whole coy gets it...we pump for nothin then..haiz...

oso, there is alot of smokers out there...makin my lvl toilet a smokin corner.. i think i will get lung cancer if i continue to stay for 3 mths ba...i hate some of my bunk mates too..they r realli good in actin...we doin mornin PT at parade square while they went back bunk to sleep...coz they LD (Light Duty) ma...geng~~~the ET pairs..the whole squad noe they geng all the way..realli cant stand this type of losers...

now onwards,i no longer holdin trainee pass n no more PT,water parade,drills,lesson,mess food,barrack ..bla bla bla for mi..i can go home everiday n faces new challenges everi duty...i hope i will do my best there n change to a better postin for mi...
